Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)

Used to decrease stomach acid concentration and volume of secretion. It is used to treat symptomatic gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), heartburn, and in some cases, allergic reactions.

Diphenhydramine

An antihistamine that competitively blocks H1 receptors, thereby preventing the actions of histamine on bronchial smooth muscle, capillaries, and gastrointestinal (GI) smooth muscle. This prevents histamine-induced bronchoconstriction, vasodilation, increased capillary permeability, and GI smooth muscle spasms. It is used to treat allergies, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, and migraine headaches.
